The third artwork in my new unofficial, official “Watercolor by the Water” series. This beautiful watercolor was painted in Balmorhea, TX as I sat under the shade of an elm tree. The locals were laughing and the occasional cicada made itself known. Another perfect summer day in Far West Texas.

There's a shimmer in the pool water that really pops when you see this piece in person.
