Pretend
I was away from technology for a week-no internet or cell phone reception and had the thought, "Oh, let me call people I don't like to pretend to be somebody that I'm not."
Why? Why would I do that? Life is too short to pretend to be somebody that you're not. Inauthenticity causes anxiety, and repression leads to projection.
